With not long to go until we welcome you to Christmas at Wollaton! Please find below some essential information about your visit.
Let’s light up Christmas!
Arrivals
Please arrive within your allocated 30minute time slot. You can enter the trail anytime within this 30minutes. If you arrive before your scheduled timeslot, you may be asked to wait in a separate area until the time shown on your ticket.
Please dress for the weather. We recommend coats, hats, wellies, and umbrellas.
Remember, if you are driving to the event you will need to pay for car parking on arrival. Parking costs £5.00 and is payable by Ringo app or via the payment machines on site. We strongly advise you register on the app before arrival. No cash will be taken at the event. Evening parking rates are valid from 4pm. Once you are safely parked, please follow the pedestrian route signage to access the start of the trail at the Courtyards.
All event tickets for Christmas at Wollaton are electronic so please check that you have downloaded your ticket onto your phone before you set-off. The signal at Wollaton Park can be patchy at best!
Please do not bring large bags with you, there is nowhere to store them.
Please remember that you are visiting the home of the Wollaton real live deer and be aware that there may be animals nearby. Please do not approach the animals and remain 50m from any deer that you encounter.
Toilets
The toilets are located in the courtyard. Please refer to the map.
Please note: the toilets can only be accessed by customers at the beginning or end of the trail, so we suggest customers make use of the toilets before entering the trail.
Food, Drink & Retail
There are refreshment stands along the trail offering mulled wine, hot drinks, and mince pies.
Additionally, there will be a variety of food stalls in the Food Court located in the lower courtyard, which is open to all customers to grab a bratwurst, Yorkshire pudding wrap, churros, or coffee, either before they begin the trail or as they end the trail.
The Wollaton café, the Park Shop, and Potting Shed will be open for refreshments and any last-minute gift ideas.
